The Vittoria Air Liner Gravel Tubeless Insert is a reusable insert for tubeless-ready gravel bike tyres. As a result, you'll enjoy maximum wheel and tyre protection when rolling on the most demanding of gravel roads.This tubeless insert is specifically engineered for the rigours of gravel and adventure riding. Developed for simple installation, it can be inserted inside your tyre like a normal inner tube for greater performance, durability, protection and control.

Air-Liner Gravel improves the performance of current tubeless tyre systems that work with air and latex. After the success and positive results obtained with Air-Liner MTB, Vittoria decided to go further by creating an innovative insert to support gravel tyres. Very easy to install - just insert it inside the tyre like a normal inner tube - Air-Liner Gravel is only suitable for use with tubeless systems and with 3-way bike valves (5-way valves are supplied in the package for an even more consistent airflow). The insert is compatible with the use of sealing liquid - preferably ammonia-free.

Protection: Wheels and tyres are better protected with the Gravel Air-Liner Tire Insert. The insert absorbs the impacts that occur inside the tyre, thus eliminating the punctures caused by the rim.

Control: Gravel Air-Liner replaces part of the air volume inside the tyre. The lower presence of air allows the tire to adhere better to the ground than a traditional tubeless system.

Performance: Gravel Air-Liner Tyre Insert increases lateral stability without compromising grip. This results in better performance when cornering, climbing and braking.

Durability: The polymer from which the Gravel Air-Liner is made is extremely durable. Used under normal conditions, it can last up to 2000 hours; or 1 hour completely airless (RUN-FLAT).

Air-Liner Gravel is compatible with wheels of any diameter up to 29 ”(700c). The tyre insert is designed to be cut at the desired diameter to best fit the rim. Gravel Air-Liner is available in one size only. Weight: 47g.
